How do I place the students into the city?

 

To help the Moderators in the future it is wise to post your id number in your post. This allows them to look at your specific city/game.

You place students just like you place any other residents in your city. When you build a residence, with a few exceptions. you get a choice of selecting workers, students, or capitalists as residents. In the case you are asking about you need to select students to add to the number of students in your city. There are a few residences that a limited to certain types of residents. These do not show up in the game until later levels of the game. You can change the residents of any residence, at any time, by using the "Master Key" this allows you to reset the residents to your choice of acceptable residents for the building type. Have a good time

 

Since you are new to the game - save your keys - you gonna need them later on in the game - when you buy houses (residential buildings) - then in the beginning - buy 3 houses of one kind - one for workers one for capitalist and one for students. If you find out - later on - that you need ex. more students then lv-up a house and then change the resident. Untill you get the hang of the game - then buy residential buildings - don't lv them up - you gonna need a lot of houses to be able to complete certain events.
