Game not loading....

    Brand new player. Am able to login, however game will not load.

    I have the latest update of Adobe Flash Player (I checked). I also play Farmerama and this loads without issue.

    I have also cleared the cache, just in case

    My game won't lode in too. Can't get it past the funny blueprint screen. started on 10/12/14 around 11:eek:o am. ID# 8182201. playing game for 2 years.

    I checked your account and reset the data, I note you logged on around 1 hour ago so does this mean the game is now working for you?.

    As initially reported, I have always been able to login. It stalls out at the loading screen.

    How do I do this if the game can't/doesn't load? I don't have game screen, just the blueprint building background.

    Actually, I think I have already done this 3 days ago and have a ticket number. So far I haven't had any help or response since then.

    Not sure who you emailed but it was not Rising cities EN I have no open tickets and I answer them all twice per day?
