Task city hall quests completed, but no reward

The task is stuck I have 3500 population and it doesn't recognize. Requires only 950 to complete task also I have upgraded city hall. Task won't complete.

Transform into a Metropol.

I just had a similar problem: build a pizza palace - I had already done that before the task/quest 'arrived' - then I reloaded the game - and the task was completed.

 

Your quest is now complete and the reward waiting for you to collect.

The Moderators prefer that you create your own thread for your issues. This way they get to see your problem and can resolve it sooner. When you add it to another players thread you have to wait till the Moderator comes back to close the thread a lower priority for them since they have all ready resolved the issue for the original problem. The reason we ask you to open your own thread is I do not read the forum as you do I only read the original posters comments in each thread.
That is also why we close these threads when answered to streamline the support tasks.
