frequent disconnections

What's going on at the moment cuz i am getting disconnected too much?

 

The team are trying to find out why some players (but not all) are being logged off periodically.

We are very hopeful they can find a solution quickly.

 

ID 820078 I too am having connection problems, I keep getting disconnected!! I can get to the city map but then I get the message "connection lost" or no internet connection even though I can do things on other websites. Sometimes I actually get through to my playfield only to be disconnected a couple of minutes later!!

 

We know this issue exists for some people and the team are trying to track down why only a few get this issue.

It is no doubt the system settings but working out what is causing it is proving very hard.

I will add this ID to there list so they can check it, your account worked for me a few moments ago I was online as you for 20 Minuets.

 

Everything seems to be OK now but I still often get disconnected if i have been away from my computer for a while but usually have no trouble logging in again.

 

There is a timeout system that only effects some players not others which is part of the problem.
