My firefighters are so gooood .... they always know that they will succed when one of their members are going to lv-up

 

If <5 points are needed to level up, I imagine a failure would produce the same interim graphic.

Of course if you have perfect coverage and a decent range of specialists (at least 2 medics, scientists, officers, detectives, engineers) the success of any mission should never be in doubt .

 

... long way to go before I have perfect coverage - but in the meantime I do have fun with this glitch - it's a typically BP-glitch - showing the result before the 'action' is ended - it's to be found in most of their games

It has been so long since any of my ERS personal have leveled up it is scary. I still need a Detective and I am forced to fire a captain and start over again.

 

I am just now considering firing a perfect 47kCC, 21 mission rehire (3rd, and most expensive contam) to try and get rid of the bun-haired woman top left. I have 2 perfect replacements. If the (not great) rookie doesn't become a perfect fire marshall soon I will try again, and curse.

Don't worry, the right crew should emerge eventually - it's all down to the students (and 135 Vit-x each, which is why we do 3 levels of the awful biker week).
