Loading problem

Since Friday i have not been able to load the game i login and then it stays on the blue screen i have tried many times in the last couple of days but it just will not move to the game help please

i have deleted my cache but still no change also tried from a friends pc also no luck

 

Your account is working perfectly for me so can you tell me what browser you and your friend are running.
I logged on using Firefox?.

 

Not 100% sure i use windows8.1 and connect with google chrome my friend uses same,i just tried my lap top which uses internet explorer but still could not get on it has worked fine for me for 3 months or so but friyday i could not get on

 

We have many people saying they cannot get on with Chrome or with Safari, we have reported this but Google make changes (a bit like Apple) when they are ready so not sure when it will be fixed.

Is it possible for you to try another browser they are all free and can be deleted at any time.?
If you do load another browser just say no when it comes to importing cookies that way you will get a clean load.

 

Thanks for the tip i have tried to load with internet explorer and fire fox still not able to get past the blue screen

Do you have any other ideas? i have started a new game which loads fine with chrome but would like to get to use my first one

 

I can only assume that your game is blocked by something on your system, I will check with our dev team when they are at work for any other suggestions.
I will also leave this one open for the players for any ideas they might have.

 

I have the same problem. Not been able to load the game since Friday, using different PCs, laptops, browsers and even routers. All my hardware is bang up to date, I'm on a really good broadband width, so I'm at a loss as to know how to fix it.

 

When you post in someones thread with a problem you must include your ID number so we can see if you have the same issue or something unrelated.

Thanks for trying to help. That was merely an attempt to log on, again the game didn't actually load.

Tried again this morning to no avail.

 

We are now in contact via email so I will close this and talk to you direct as we work through the problem.
