Can Sign on but it gets stuck after that.

    I can sign on and I get to chose coastal or city, then the loading emblem just keeps circling. I have cleaned my computer and rebooted twice. It won't load on Chrome or Internet Explorer. What's wrong?

    Turn off your system before trying to log back into game, I have reset your data in an attempt to get you back with us and force your cache to refresh.
    Let us know if that works.

    I have reset your data as well as the op so please make sure you switch your system off before logging back into the game.

    Thank you - the game worked for a good deal of the day today, but now I am running into the same issue again - the loading emblem keeps circling. My ID is 8758469.

    Ok I have again reset your game data and tested so lets hope that does you some good.
    In the meantime can you again check that your virus program is trusting BP?.
