Server Issue Interfered With Event

My ID#6153803. Just wondering...but there was a server failure today and I could not log in for several hours. Am doing the Biker Rally event and truly could use that Beer Garden. Now am down to less than 24 hrs to complete the event, but am still on my second batch of tofu dogs because this glitch started right as I was getting ready to start. I may not complete this stage now, much less the event. Am grateful you guys got this fixed, but I am likely not the only one who may miss out on event prizes.

 

I just checked the logs and there is no outages listed however we do seem to have a lot of players with log in issues over the past few hours.

 

My computer tech person checked and it seems your server dns was missing during the time frame in question. I posted about this on RC/Facebook, and shortly thereafter service did get restored. I know glitches happen, and this is (mostly) a free game, so am not trying to complain. But I really could have used that beer garden, in fact it was the only reason I was doing the event. I'll get it next time....but maybe they could throw us a small bonus code to replace expended production resources that we could not capitalize on because we could not log in during an event? Would be nice....

 

I will make that suggestion to the management team (I also agree with your comments).

 

Thank you, and sincerely so. Am grateful you will share my suggestion with management, I used up a lot of beams and bricks on this event. It is exactly this kind of support that gets us free game players to sometimes part with our meager funds (I have done that here and for Pogo). I have some nice buildings I bought with purchased MM, and while I don't get to do that often I do tend to support game sites that actually care about their players as opposed to those who don't Believe me when I say I have recommended RC to many friends. Appreciate your time on this, and your comments.
