Vegetable Stand Upgrade

    Hi,

    I just tried to upgrade my Vegetable Stand (to Level 3), but before I did it, I made sure I had the amount of items required in all steps. I went to the Marketplace and bought the total amount of beams showed in the display (250?) but strangely, when I pressed the first button in the upgrade (1 of 4), "Start the Upgrade", 96 Beams Disappeared from my inventory. Is this normal? I thought Starting the Upgrade only consisted of paying coins.

    If it is not, please could I have my 96 beams back as they cost me a lot of money in coins.

    First step is always CC only.
    As first step is instant is it possible you started second step at the same time, as building timer only start once its easy to miss. Second step cost 100 beams.
    If this is not what happed PirateLee will have to help you out. He often come by late at night.

    Hi TellusXIV - Thanks for your post and suggestion. As explained above, I made sure I had the full amount of beams (250? I can't remember from the top of my head now..) before I started the upgrade. So yes, the second step cost 100 beams but that is beside the fact that 96 beams suddenly went missing from my total amount.

    I checked your logs back to the 10th of Dec. and you do not have an amount of -96 at any point that I can reverse?

    Please contact support so we can look closer this cannot be done via the forum, your system will send us data when you fill out the support form. (I will be the one answering you).
