where is the city wheel (loot-o-matic)? cant find it

 

the city wheel is a feature that comes and goes every few weeks and is due again tomorrow have you looked at the calendar yet

welcome promaster102! I believe master keys can be won on the Look-o-Matic, for completing events and quests, and for turning in reward medals for the emergency system. Possibly they can also be purchased with real money.

They are used to change the resident type. Mostly I only use this for mastery quests, and looking up the requirements for those before completing the level 3 upgrade can minimize how many you need. But if you're just starting out it may be a little while before you need to worry about that much!

Use of a master key completes a rent cycle immediately, so occasionally they can be useful in completing weekly events (for example, when you're short on drop items). For this reason they're most efficient to use right after you've collected rent on a building.

 

i need to do the quest''moving day'', a master key dropped and i collected it and i dont know where to find it. Help pls

 

You can see how many master keys you have by going to your warehouse and clicking on the special goods (start) tab this will show how many master keys you have in the warehouse. To use a master key - Click on the chosen residence and on the change residents icon and you will be given the option to change the type of residents living in that building from the type of residents allowed in that residence. Loot-O-Matic is scheduled on the Calendar here in forum. When it is running, it is on the right sidebar of the screen above the Rent Collector and Street Patrol, as a Star icon. Master keys are as shown on each residential building's display, and under "Special" in your warehouse, and can be bought under "Direct Buy" in the City Treasury tab.
