My ID#6153803. I do invite open discussion of this issue, as well as requesting the mods to help with a fix. Background: I run a quad-core Intel Phenom II system with a terabyte memory. I also run state of the art AVS and maintenance software. My computer normally runs like grease through a goose even on browser games known for game lag. Lately I have noticed RC has had consistent log-in issues and game lag issues during events...especially more complex events that require a lot of time and production to complete. This has interfered with event completion several times, as I have spent hours if not days unable to get past the blue loading screen, unable to get the playfields to load without being all greened out and none of the headers on buildings or menus being readable, needs revenues sales not registering, drop items not dropping, etc. I am currently having this issue with the Winter Fest. I have sat watching the game try to load for hours. Further, I have diligently managed my browser caches, dns cache, RAM defragmentation, and other such issues. I even had a computer technician verify once the problem was Bigpoint/RC had apparently lost it's server dns. This is very frustrating (and I do respect both that it's a free game and that you have a large player load, etc.); but it is hardly encouraging players to spend actual money on game extras when they cannot rely on the free part to work (especially at crucial times) like it should. Is anyone else having these issues? I see many posts about such, so I presume a "yes". Would hope this could be fixed, and maybe there should be a bonus code or something to compensate all your players for these frustrating occurances. After all, when you burn through a bunch of PP and CC trying to complete an event, much less MM, it really is disappointing to fail the event because of glitches beyond your control. I also know it's not my system because three other highly efficient systems here are having the same issues but not all at the same time (thus it is not our internet signal or such). The last time, I barely completed the Biker Rally because of this...and amazingly, twenty minutes after I finished the event, the game loaded in about 30 seconds when my gf logged into her city. She of course was not running any event. That seemed very odd to me.

As i said in my last reply this has been passed to the devs but they are not working until the new year.

I have reset your data to help with the loading but if you want an open discussion it cannot be in tech as it would corrupt my system with alarms for every entry (my forum system is different to yours).
Tech is for questions and answers not for open discussions but feel free to open this in the player area.

Thank you for the fix and for the heads up, and for taking this to the devs. I completely understand what you said about discussion, and if it needs to be done I will start a new thread in the proper place. However, unlike (some) who complain, I have faith in you mods and the devs:D I will sit patient, knowing that the concerns have been heard and will be addressed. Hope my info was helpful. Thank you for your time, and for your help. Please know what you do is greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas and Happy Gaming ;)
