Problems with log in

Today is the second day that I can't log in. My event is lost till now. Does anybody knows what's going on?

 

I'm joining this topic as I have the same problem. I have tried the recommended methods of resolving log in problems, but to no avail.

It has been like this since yesterday evening, where I had a brief period of 10 minutes where I could log in. This has been entirely impossible today.

It's like this at every single event (tho it usually doesnt last as long as now), and its really getting to my nerves.

I hope you can be of assistance with this

I have reset your game data and hope that will work for you.

Unfortunately I have no way to restart and event as the same event is open for everyone around the world at the same time.

 

I have reset your game data so please check again (your account loaded for me under test a few moments ago).

 

It works now even though I lost the event before I could get in.

Uou! I've just notice - what happened with my excellent mood and my great power?!

 

There is a bug so when you move around, build and general tinkering with your city your mod/energy will slowly over time get higher then it is. When your data is reset you will get your lower correct numbers.
Often its not that big different but sometime it will have an annoying result.
That's one reason why mods prefer not use it unless really needed.

If you think your numbers really are wrong a mod will have to lock at it.

 

Got it. No problem, I'll work on it, but if it's not a big problem, please check it, ofcoure if you are one of the mods, I don't understand quite good the way this forum works.

For the record I did check your resources data and it is now correct as Tellus says it does lose some stuff as your add new buildings but reset of data brings it back to the exact count.

Same here. I've been having trouble sporadically for the past two weeks. Right now the load graphic is just cycling ad nauseum. Sometimes refreshing will get me in but not so far this morning. I'm guessing server overload?
