Can Not Log In For 48 Hours

Hi Tech moderators,

I have not been able to log in for 48 hours now. My ID 7436662.
Please help by resetting or whatever needs to be done. I have cleaned cache and ran scans on my end to clean my computer and to no avail.

IF you get a reset remember to take an extra look at your energy and mood. After a reset you get your correct numbers that may be a bit lower then what you have now.

No joy. I was able to log in for a bit after the reset, but had to wander off to do stuff RL. Trying again just now, the wait-circle graphic is just cycling endlessly. I've refreshed, cleared cache, yada yada, the usual drill.

 

Have you tried firefox?

I use FF almost exclusively, and Chrome as a backup. The problem is definitely not on my end. I have no issues accessing other games online, and I didn't have a problem with this one until just before Christmas.

im using chrome and its doing the same thing excxept it doenst even get to the circle it stops at the loading city skyline

 

Sorry the issue is at your end as I can load your game time after time (I just tested 3 times in a row) using Firefox and IE.

 

Same answer for you I am sorry Chrome is having major problems so try another browser short term.
