want goods that i bought or money back

i have bought wood and boards to build my 1st bakery(yes!!) but when i bought from market place i did't get wood or boards. can i at least have my goods that i bought or give me money back pls

 

It helps them do things like this if you put your ID# with your post. That's the number next to your Username on the blue log in page.

What sometimes happens with the market is that although you get a success message, the transaction fails, and in 99 cases out of 100 you then get your money back, albeit a bit later sometimes. Occasionally the goods turn up a bit later instead. If either has happened, could you let us know, otherwise we'll investigate further.

Congrats on getting to your first (of many!) bakeries.

 

Good to see quick responses like that...kudos to strider_legs. Just btw, his ID signature was not showing in the post, nor is mine. Sorry I missed that

 

Do I misunderstand, if you cant see your sig (or others like mine) do this:
Click on your name (upper right corner here).
Settings - Preferences - Options - Tick "Show people's signatures with their messages".
Why its not ticked by default is beyond me

 

TY...thought I'd already done that. For some reason it came unchecked.
