Fix did not help me wont load

    I still get stuck when I pick to go city mountains suburb or beach. It will not load

    Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
    Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date

    Still stuck: ID 8776391, Phynian, My account was reset, I cleared cache, moved past initial loading screen to choice of playfields, It now sticks at that screen.
