Unable to log in

    Still unable to get into the game since Sunday afternoon. You get to main screen click on city and it just sits there. Thanks

    Haven't been able to log on for three days. Most of the time I don't get to the city map, but when I do I click on the city, and nothing happens. Thank you! ID5936513

    The system says you are currently online and in the game does this mean you are all fixed?.

    Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
    Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date
