Cleared cache and still unable to log in

    Just wondering if this is still a global issue?? I read the announcement that we should be able to log in now, but I have cleared my cache and I am still unable to log in.

    I have the same problem haven't been able to log now since Sunday.

    Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
    Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date
