    I have cleared my cache but still cannot login - can you please reset my account? It took me numerous hours to get into this forum to post. Will I receive remuneration for the MM I spent on the event I was in the midst of when the system failed, as well? I purchased it to complete the event sooner, so I feel I should either be given the rewards or refunded.
