Credit for time lost on events?

As you can see from my User ID Number, I am a long-time player of this game. Took a break for quite awhile (due to personal reasons [four surgeries] and was freaked out by emergency system at first), but am back now and intend to stay, even with the recent logging in issues because, frankly, I think this game ROCKS! But, I do have a question because I can't remember what the protocol is for reimbursement for time, materials, cc's, mm's, etc. lost due to issues that are beyond a paying customers control such as above-mentioned recent logging in issues. Can a Mod help with this question? Will we, in fact, be reimbursed in some sort of fashion for all of our losses? Thanks.

P.S. And, btw, I do think you Mods do a great job. I have never been a Mod, but I have been a beta tester of a variety of games for 10 years, and have been friends with a lot of Mods on those games. I do know what it is like for you, and appreciate it when you answer stuff when you are allowed to.

 

I have stated several times, and others have too, there should be a bonus code offered, especially on behalf of all those who expended pp,cc,mm, and materials working on events they then were prevented from completing (not to mention the rewards prizes they did not get). There are precedents: Winter Fest 2013 had issues and they ran it again. I had 500 MM show up on my account when I had log in issues cause me to fail to earn a beer garden I truly needed (and you better bet that is exactly what I used it for, 499 MM=beer garden not missed after all and thank you). I think they ought to offer something, because not only did running events get nixed, but events (like the Rock Festival) could not then be started. A nice bonus code would go a long way towards placating the masses
