    I have been waiting patiently like many others to continue working on my city to no avail. I've stayed away from the forum with hopes of not tying up key resources (people) during which I can imagine to be a very trying time. I've read some post (clearly not all) looking for some explanation to the issues at hand and have found little information. Is there someone who could direct me to an area that explains why I can't login for over a week and what is being done about this. And yes, I have cleared my browser and reset my system a couple of times if this will be your first response to my post.
    I feel a general statement to all game-players stating what is happening, would be the next most
    logical step. Especially those members that have invested money into this (free game). Even if the issue is unknown, maybe a daily note might help quell some of the frustration felt by members like myself. Thanks.

    You should fill out a support ticket, be sure to include your username and ID number. I did that, got a response from Lee, and then another response when a reset did not work. Essentially, they are having problems with the U.S. and U.K. servers, only. Hopefully, this will be fixed by next week. It probably won't be fixed this weekend if I know my "foreign, European" games - they all usually take the weekend off, even when there is a problem. I have this same problem with bugs and such with a different company that is not related to Big Point. Who knows, maybe I am giving Big Point a disservice. Maybe they do have a team working on this over the weekend... I wonder if they paid their Cloud and/or server bill... LOL

    I can actually provide some light on this subject. First, honeywest is right to say fill out a support ticket. Lee responded very well, and corresponded both consistently and expediently with me. I do agree that overall communication needs to be better, and information more freely shared. But the mods do work hard to help us resolve all concerns we make them aware of. As to the log in issues and the resets and cache clearing not resolving the problems. I did a support ticket, and in the course of trying to get that resolved I had my in house computer technician look into what was taking place here on our end; this produced screen shots including W3C validation and coding showing errors, which I forwarded to support. In general terms, what has apparently been happening, is there is a conflict between the Germany servers and the US and EN servers...most likely an html issue. It's causing the US server to reject the gateway log ins (stating they are 'forbidden'), and the gateway to endlessly loop trying to connect, until it fails. My etch said it's a conflict between the html being used and our html5 or htmlP. At any rate, Lee passed that on to the teams, and since he did say they were advised by the team it was a server issue between theirs and ours, I am fairly confident this was if not exactly the problem certainly a part of it. They are working to fix it now, and hopefully will do so soon.

    Thank you Geflin, I hadn't seen a post from Lee, but a response to everyone like you just gave me, would have helped many people with their frustrations. I thank you for your time and I have filled out a ticket before my post and I am currently waiting for a response. Thanks again for your informative response.

    You are quite welcome, and I appreciate the thanks. Passed that on to my computer tech as she is the one who took the time to root out what was causing my log in issues. Someone will respond to your ticket as soon as they get a chance. Glad the information was helpful:D
