There might be some confusion because the ID number in your message does not match your signature line.

Your account is working and I see you logged on today does that mean you are back in the game.
If you are in the US the connection between US and Germany is at fault so you may still not be able to log on for long until it is fixed.

 

Not trying to be a pest....but an "Official Announcement" saying exactly what you say here, would be clearer than "the team has isolated the problem and is working on it", and might just stem the flow of posts a little? I keep seeing post after post of people still having issues, many of whom likely fall under that US/Germany server issue rather than other problems. Not saying that was Hialeah's issue, rather am praising you for the clarity in your statement and suggesting that it be made where everyone will see you guys know what the cause is and are addressing it.
