still can not log in

I have deleted my browser flash cache and I still can not log in to my city! What should I do now

 

the deve have isolated the problem and are working tirelessly on it in the meantime you could fill out a support ticket and piratelee maybe able to assist you in the interim

 

You guys are impressive...you are working nonstop on these problems aren't you? I've seen the sheer volume of these posts you are having to answer. Hope those servers get straightened out soon, you guys could probably use a break.

You are welcome, and deserve the recognition. By the way, just got done commenting something on one of Pirate Lee's responses to yet another person with log in problems. Please do not take offense but it may help ease your guys' workload to make an official announcement using Pirate Lee's wording specifically mentioning the issue between the Germany and US server. Most of us know how hard everyone is working, but sometimes a little extra information goes a very long way; "isolated the problem" is good, but "isolated the problem and it is a server issue between the Germany and US servers" is better. It lets those who tried clearing their cache, etc., to no avail know something else is being worked on?

Ok I still am not able to play. I log in no problem, but then when it is loading is where the problem lies. You see the blue back ground with the city and the montor pluse line running. If you are lucky it does not time out. If you are not lucky then that is where it stops. If it was a yes on being lucky then you make it to the next gateway. That is the one that is the one with the spending wheel with the city logo in the center. Now if your luck holds then you make pass that gateway. If your luck did not hold then you are stuck in the gateway. Now if you are lucky and it made it past at gateway then you are able to play if you do not have one of the large mult. playing fields. Other wise you are stuck with in the gateway. Then it you read the source code you see that it says Forbidden 504 Gateway Failed 405. For Chrome users, please let us know if you have reset the port for Goggle Chrome so that we can return to game play. Thank you.

We are advised that they believe it is a connection problem between the US and the servers in Germany.
We are very hopeful they will get this fixed very soon thank you so much for your patience.
