what a scam

    after you play for a while if you don't spend money they lock you out.. this happen to 3 accounts
     
  2. I'm sorry, but this is not true. There is a general problem with getting into accounts, particularly from the US. This is being looked at by the team, and hopefully can be resolved soon. There seem to be a number of factors causing the problems, so isolating each one and fixing it is taking time. There is no differentiation between what support/help you get and how much you've spent on the game.

    We all understand your frustration, we also feel it. You can play this game for years with out spending any money on it. Many people do so and do so successfully. You need to have patience and diligence. This is not a fast pace race or shoot em up type game, where you race to get through the levels as quickly as possible.

  4. I agree with this post. I'm on my 4th account. it's not getting frustrating no more. this is getting
    ridiculous! 14 days and thay still can't fix this bug!

    I have only spent a little money on this game and that was a Birthday gift from friends. I have a Level 42 city, and my significant other has a city about half that far along, plus I have started a new one to capitalize on the experience I gained from doing the first one. I have never been locked out because I didn't spend money. I realize everyone is frustrated by how long it's taking to resolve the access issues and by how widespread it has become. While I regrettably engaged in some verbal fencing a friend wisely pointed out was unproductive (thank you billyjim:p) and I will not take that bait any longer...I will say that my computer technician and I have looked at a lot of code these past couple of days, and believe me when I say (a) it's going to take time to sort out and fix everything and (b) the mods have done an exemplary job not only of responding to the problems and trying to help, but also listening to input that didn't always jive with what they knew or saw and passing that helpful data on to the team...not to mention (look at the mods' recent posts) they are being much more open in communicating (as we all said we wanted). Also (c) there's certainly much going on that I'm not personally aware of, and that just reinforces that even though we all are frustrated and wanting to play, patience and understanding are our collective best reaction.

  6. I've spent money (probably over $100 US) and have been locked out several times! I've been away on vacation for 9 days and was really looking forward to playing and "getting caught up" this evening. Unfortunately, I cannot login. I get spinning on both Chrome and IE and have emptied cache etc. Would love to play tonight!
     
  7. everyone is working tirelessly on this problem, Investigations continued over the weekend, and the problem is now with the relevant team to sort out. Please bear with us, and hopefully all will be well soon.

    We'll do our best to keep you posted with progress. :)
