can play on note2 but...

when i use android on Note2 with puffin browser, i can play the game, don't have any problem. BUT i cannot play the game when i use my notebook with Window7, cannot go through log in, keep me waiting then show error. please help. what is the minnimum spec of computer to play this game?

 

At the current time there is a major communication problem between servers in certain areas and the servers running the game. Check out the official announcement. I have posted a link :

There are many of us waiting for this to be fixed. Sounds like your system should work fine once these issues are resolved. I do not know where actual specifications are kept. Maybe someone else or the Moderators can supply that answer. Good gaming.

 

Curious. I have the opposite problem, which is that I can login to the came with my laptop anytime I want, but if I try and use a different Android browser with flash I can't get in. The main problem appears to be connections between US and Germany, though other countries maybe affected. I assume my android browser sends traffic via US for compression before sending to phone, whereas I assume yours takes it via a different country that doesn't have connection issues.

I'd have thought any ordinary computer, particularly one that can run Windows 7 should be fine to play this game.

 

I am playing from the exact same pc and location and at the same time.
Two accounts don't work but all newly created work fine

 

When did you create your new accounts? I started a new one last week and my game only loads once in a while and my city never shows all my buildings. This morning I logged in and an ad started before the blue screen. Never seen this before even on my other account that I started last April. I live in the US.

 

Tellus - Have you got ids for the account(s) that don't work, and the ones that do? Also, are you based in the US, or elsewhere?

The first last Monday and next one later that day.
Wanted to test if it was any difference's in log in from bigpoint.com or ricingcities.com, it was not.

 

Both of the above accounts have been set on hold by management as the system is assuming these are for cross trading and hence have been banned.

Did you make any cross purchases that would have triggered the system?.

 

I did buy/sell probably more then 100 times/day with those two accounts so it don't sound to unlikely that happened.
The accounts are now active again and I think I better place the secondary one on hold as I have done all fun levels anyway.

 

We made them active as we do not believe you did this purposely.
