    I find it hard to believe that your tech team does not have the time to post a single tech announcement given that this loading problem has been around for over two weeks. I notice that the forum is very inactive...an indicator that your client base has given up...but no words of encouragement from your tech team. Incredible! Should we just assume that the problems are so overwhelming that our great game is dead! Why keep us hanging on if you can't even take the time to post a daily status? The mods are great but clearly they are as much in the dark as your clients...they can't fix the problem only the techs can. Where are they?

    I agree with you fully. It seems ridiculous that it's taking this long. A lot of time and money spent on this game on my other account.

    First up the game is not dead as only a very small percentage of players cannot log on. This unfortunately is the US but the rest of the world is still up and running.
    As we understand it there are connection difficulties but we do not have more details other than that.

    As soon as we get any further information we will pass it on.

    well then please help this great american get back in my city - it is killing me i can not help my lil people and houses probably burning down not to mention the crimanals... SanJuan is my login name please reboot my account... or else !!! lol threatening enough???
     
  6. it appears that some in the us are able to begin playing again maybe do all the normal clear cache etc and try again

    7:43 PM CST Lincoln, NE, USA and am amble to log in, load, and play. Trust me when I say I saw firsthand some of the coding errors these guys were facing....and would rather have had the techs working tirelessly on that instead of updating us. The mods did a pretty good job of keeping us updated once the devs/techs knew what the actual problem was. I also know firsthand the mods listen to and pass on relevant information in both directions. The forum was quite active from where I was looking, the entire time. I'll even bet the mods got a wee but frustrated by some of us constantly popping off in dozens of threads about the very same things. Perhaps as players we can pay better attention to our forum, try to keep related discussions grouped under threads that exist instead of creating dozens of individual threads...and mods could be a wee bit slower to close threads, to allow for such consolidation of discussions. This would make it easier for information to flow and actions to be taken quicker. Realistically, did any of us truly want a daily posting of "Not fixed yet and we don't know how long it will be"? We knew that without being told. I was one of the ones saying communication needed to be more frequent and open, and it did. But when it became more open, and more frequent, I saw that too. Thank you (mods) for all you have done to get this problem resolved; I know you will continue to do so for those still experiencing troubles.
