    Hi Im only on level 16 , can someone tell me what level the game finishes on thanks?

    The maximum is Level 75 I believe.

    But even that is not the end, there is no finish line in this game. It is like real life it just keeps on going and going. The only limiting factors are your patience, time and space. You can keep modifying your city is turned to dust. So go on and start building and have some fun. :D

    Level 75 is the current top level, but your city does not stop when you reach that level and just a year ago the top level was level 50. So there is no reason that in the future additional levels could be added.
