Dysfunctional Roads - The Mountains

    This seems a similar problem to my brickworks issue in the suburbs. I cannot place any roads on the land. I have placed 2 x climbing walls without an issue, tried buying another plot of land but that has the same issue. Placed a stone manor at the entrance but cannot proceed building as I cannot place any roads!!
    Any help would be appreciated?

    not all types of roads can be placed on the mountain playfield and all levels must be connected to the entrance to the mountain playfield
