Game Not Loading

Game is not working now, was working this morning. I started the Flea Market event and now game will not load at all. Thanks

I've just tried your account, and it loaded for me. I've also just reset your account, so hopefully that will help. If not, let us know and we'll see what else we can do to get you going again.

 

Strider, The game loaded but you can't see to collect rent also you can't see the game controls at the bottom of the screen, if you hover over a building not everything can seen. Also my farms doesn't show that I produced carrots for the event but I did before I started having problems. Also without the controls at the bottom you can't switch between playing fields. Let me know what can be done. Thanks

As my friend says we when log on as you it works perfectly with no screen issues.
Regretfully this means it is your screen view with whatever browser you are using not the game.

 

Well three weeks ago you told me to try using Mozilla Firefox (before I was using Google Chrome)which has been working until Thursday, it was doing great on Friday during the day then last night around 11pm EST I haven't been able to get into the game and was not able to get into the forum last night and earlier this morning. Right now the game is still trying to load after 40 minutes. So what is the problem now that I'm not able to get in as well as other users at this time?
