lumber yard and Farms not working anymore

I think I maxed out Farms and Lumber years they don't want to make anything anymore without me paying I have no Meto Cash and takes me to pay now section... Is there anyway around that? Do I have to wait for days before they start working again how do I get them to work again???

To get the farms and lumber yard to work without paying BP?

 

workers in your houses when their needs are met make production points as you are new to the game it may be beneficial to concentrate on having workers
