    In FAQ there is no details.
    Only reason I looked was so I can prepare when it is available. Wondering where it has to be built normal grounds Mountains or snow.

    I'd get in trouble if I said that was because it is dreadful ... I don't have any but checked the terrain, it needs grass. 4 residents of any sort paying 100 CC rent every 4 hours, no idea about cycles until upgrade or costs. Hope this helps.
