Upgrading City Hall

    What is benefit of upgrading City Hall? I am creating materials and saving CCs to get to level 6. What's the point?

    I think that the higher level City Hall has a better chance of kicking out a higher quality gift each 24 hrs; like MM or VitX instead of just EP or PP, or more CCs. I also think they do it to keep consistent realism; the larger a city gets, the bigger its governing agency will be.

    The city hall level also is the trigger in the game for various features most are very subtle. They do yield higher rewards and it does take time to recoup the investment, it also yields differences in othere factors in the game. So it is worth upgrading in the long run but is expensive.
