Valentine not fixed yet

    I cleared cache, but my valentine special items still don't work. The house shows with different picture in the depot, decorations can be placed but are not visible.

    Restart computer - not work.
    Clear cache again - not work.
    Open in MSIE ......... oh, finally ........
    Back to Firefox ............ NOT WORK.

    Sorry, but this is not a fix, this is a mess up. Everything else works in Firefox, but Valentine things can't be placed even from Inventory.

    Please fill in a ticket for support and be precise what the problem is and what you have done to resolve it
    then let us know here when you have lodged the support ticket

    It's unusual for it to work in one browser then revert in another, so it's almost certainly a problem with your installation of FF. Your cache probably didn't clear correctly. Try alternatively a private window, possibly in safe mode as extensions can affect cache and cookies. Unless you're too lazy.

    It works for me, anyway.

    Hmmm, most of these issues are flash related. You don't mention clearing the flash: https://board-en.risingcities.com/threads/valentines-day-2015-solved.38084/

    Hi, I have a problem with the Valentine's Arch as well. It was weird even while in inventory, went ahead and placed it (accidental click). Now in the place where I put it nothing shows. I cannot put anything in the same space either but I am not able to pick it up using the tool. Do I need to fill in a ticket (it says in another thread that tickets are for payment-related issues) and how do I do it please?

    Tickets are not only for payment issues but payment issues must go thru a ticket and not here.
    How: In game - upper right corner "?" button (help)

    Hm, so much attention given to just one lazy gamer? Nice. Thank you all. :)

    After roaming around a bit, enjoying my laziness, ignoring the game, I resorted to clearing both caches again, this time manualy. And .......... fixed.
