That is a very broad question, can you narrow down what you need help understanding. You need to have the following: A paint program on your computer (generally comes with your operating system), and an online photo sharing site (many free online sites available). You use the the "Print Screen" key on your key board and paint program to create a picture of the screen of your computer, then save that screen. Then transfer that saved file to your photo sharing site. Then copy the image from the photo sharing site to the rising cities forum thread (as an image only). Each individual program has its own quirks and commands.

  3. thanks but can you use this mabye: i press print screen and the URL will come showing on the screen and i copy it and i will post it here in the image URL section and the photo will come out and you can see it?

No, pressing print screen doesn't give you a URL, it just saves it to the clipboard (memory). You'll need to paste it into a program and save it as an image, then upload it to an image host, which will give you a URL. Usually there will be one already formatted for sharing in forums. Its not unlike what you have done with your signature.

You don't even need to bother with a program in some cases. Many sites now can take the image straight from the clipboard. Though you may still want to use a program to cut out some parts, or just make sure the browser is in full screen mode to hide anything you don't want seen.

It's invisible. It's just data in the computer's memory. If you copy text (right-click > copy or ctrl+c), for example, it's copied to the clipboard. When you paste it (right-click paste or ctrl+v), it's copied from the clipboard.

A screenshot is saved there automatically, but only one at a time. Just press print screen and paste into Paint, which is probably what you have, assuming you have Windows. I like imgur to host in general for this purpose, and you can paste directly to the site from the clipboard too. But there are many others.

The point I was tryint to make was there are many, many ways to approach this process. They can depend on which systems you have and use. I will leave it to the more experience voices to guide you from here. Thank you all. :) Good luck

You'll have to save it as a file from paint (file > save or ctrl+s) and upload it somewhere (pay attention to where you save it on your computer), or paste it directly to sites that support it.

A picture is a kind of file. You'll get a link once you upload it to an image host.

No, when you upload the picture to an image host like imgur, or photobucket, or something, then you get the link which you paste here. There are a ton of hosts. Even Dropbox should work.

Maybe you should look up a tutorial if you still don't understand, because I can't explain it any more clearly that in my original post using only text without getting unnecessarily detailed.
