Game not loading.

Tried 3 different browsers after clearing the flash player cache and all the cookies on my computer. So far its been almost 48 hours...

A little update after 72 hours of not being able to login. I have disabled my avast internet security to see if it made any difference.

On firefox, I sometimes get the 5 second advertisement and afterwards I get the blank black screen.
On chrome, I also managed to get up to the advertisement prior to the game loading. Afterwards, just a blank black screen.
Internet explorer: I get the "install adobe flash 16.0" mini window. I installed that version for internet explorer, reloaded the browser and still get the same "install adobe flash" window.

Thanks for the reply billyjim. This might be the problem. But I honestly do not know. Maybe a account reset would help? I wish I could contribute to helping fixing this issue.

 

I know it is frustrating and I wish I could offer more than moral support. All I can say is that you are not alone there seems to be an issue that effects some people and not others, some areas and not others, very strange. So hang in there and good luck.

 

Hi derpp, I've reset your account and verified that I can login to it from here. Your problem might be to do with the current round of login problems (referenced in billyjim's post), that are still being worked on.

 

Some updates after 2 weeks...still getting the black screen and also have the "Sorry! Rising Cities is temporarily unavailable while we are working on it."

From what I can gather Miniclip and RC are not playing well together. Try logging in at http://www.risingcities.com/ You should be able to log in directly through the Rising Cities Portal bypassing miniclip with your ID and # The same ones you posted at start of this thread.
