Unable to Load the Game

    Hi,

    Can you please look into why I can't load the game? I haven't been able to start the game since the 28th February. It just remains on the loading screen without progressing. I've already cleared the cache and rebooted.Can you please advise? Username and ID below:

    No luck. It's now just stuck on the GetAdobe screen. I've tried installing it again but to no avail and cleared the cache.

    What does this mean? Please can you a) start your own thread, and b) give some detail as to what is not working.
    Based on your login history, can I assume your account at least is working again?

    Hey Strider_legs,

    Sorry in not replying sooner.
    It worked for Wednesday and Thursday and then it's back to the same issue again. Miniclip have now put "Sorry! Rising Cities is temporarily unavailable while we are working on it." today. I had logged this as well with Miniclip support and they finally seem to be working on it after it appeared to be fixed so I'm not sure what's going on now to be honest with you.

    It may be an issue with Miniclip that they need to resolve.

    Hey tassie-devil,

    This makes no difference as it will always re-direct to miniclip. I originally started the game on Miniclip and it seems it will always re-direct that way. It may be just a case that I have to leave it with them to sort it out.

    High_Road, I had the same problem but I can access RC through bigpoint.com. The only thing is you need to register with id.net and I had to re-start the game.

    I don't really consider re-starting the game as an option now. I would probably just quit the game if it was to continue.
