missing buildings and cannot get logs from lumber mill

Hi my ID is 8052403. I have been having trouble with missing buildings lately, I think I have 10 or 11 houses that aren't showing plus my event plaza. Also I started the lumberjack finals and I have logs ready but clicking on the lumber mill does nothing. Lastly, I seem to have a farm that every time i click on it to produce something the screen goes dark and I have to restart the game. Please help me and thanks.

The 10/11 houses that are missing are probably due to a slow(er) internet connection - can be more prevalent during events though, I'm afraid. As regards the farm, can you try clearing the flash cache on your browser, or even logging in via a different browser. I can take a look at your farm and your lumber mills, but only when you've logged off.

Ok, I've looked now, and there wasn't anything obvious missing, but then I don't know what to expect. The farm that wasn't running I've managed to start producing tomatoes, so that should be working again for you now. The lumber mills - the first one I clicked popped up an error, but after that I managed to collect from all 5, and took the liberty of restarting logs on all 5 (as I assume you'll need them for phase 2 of the lumberjack event). I will send the error to the dev team to investigate further, but hopefully for now everything is working for you.

 

Thank you so much, I was able to finish the first phase of the lumberjack event with the logs you collected but now the logs you restarted (thanks) are finished and I can't get them. The farm is now working and the houses reappear when I use my desktop which is a much better computer than my laptop but not as convienient, I really appreciate your help.

 

I'm glad your farm is working and your houses are back. As regards the mills, I've just tried again, and collected logs from all 5. I haven't restarted them this time. Is it possible to try a different browser?

 

Thanks again, I tried logging in on my laptop this morning and couldn't even get the game to start, I tried my desktop and everything is working perfectly, I guess I'll just use it from now on.
