Can not play

My game won't work. It just keeps spinning on the second part where you pick what part of the game you are going to play. It has been doing this for days. will it ever work again? Does anyone know what would cause something like this to happen? ID 455007 rockroadtoad

 

Have you cleared your cache, rebooted your computer and tried a different browser if that does not help strider or lee will be on later in the day

 

I am having the same problem and have done all the the suggested fixes. Before the never-ending spinning, I was having severe connection issues earlier today where I had to log in over 5 times to collect all my rental items the few times a day I do that.

 

please give us your id number, in the future please start your own thread and you may have a reply somewhat sooner

Just saying....this looks a lot like what happens when a server issue is happening. Remember how many log in issues we had just a little while back? Clearing caches didn't work then, and if this is a similar incident it won't work now. We do have the Easter Event coming up, and I did notice this happens when special events are in the works or running. Might want to looksie a bit closer on these...because I've noticed they have been increasing in frequency again. Not saying this IS what's happening; but with the Easter thing around the corner, we don't need another 3-4 weeks we can't log in, right?
