After I open the Cineplex it won't let me back to the game, there are no close buttons or any way of getting back to playing. This keeps happening and I think Rising Cities wants me to be stuck instead of play. ID 3857678

  2. This is probably a cache issue, have you cleared your cache/browsers rebooted your computer and tried using a different browser. I would probably bulldoze the Cineplex as well before doing the above, if this does not help let us know and we will investigate a little deeper

I tried everything you said and still have the same problem. The cineplex used to have a close button to click if a video didn't work. But every since today it now takes up the whole screen behind the video and no longer has any way of closing it, unless the game is logged out of, is this what RC wants?

Joey is not unique and I beleive that the vendor have sized the videos incorrectly, I could be wrong. This is not the only video doing this but is the worse one. It will go away after about an hour , yes I left it up just to see how long it would take. Oh, no reward.

  5. did you bulldoze the cine plex ?
if so don't reinstall it for a few days

You could be quite right there, Sir Cat. Back when we had that loooooooooooooong log in issue going on, I had a look-see at some of the coding causing/resulting from the errors involved (yes, my wording here probably is a bit off). Long story short, inspecting the element and such, one could see there were sizing issues in the code (among html and server errors). I've noted that ever since, IE displays blank white to the right and bottom margins of my blue log-in screen...Mozilla does not do this and apparently has it sized right.

Yes I bulldozed the Cineplex, also tried using chrome instead of IE with no luck.

  8. Joey can you lodge a support ticket on this please as it will give them information they need to investigate further , please pe recise on your problem and what you have tried to rectify it, as this will most likely save a lot of time.
let us know here when you have dine this thank you
