Okay you cleared your "stuff". Does that mean you cleared your browsers and Adobe cache, most likely. Tha did not work I assume. Did you go farther. Did you try another browser IE, Google, or Firefox, depending which one you normally use. Did you shut down and reboot system after clearing cache's. Have you tried using a different device, another computer, tablet, laptop etc. If you have done all of this then a moderator will be along soon to help. Hope you are up and running soon. :)

Please define "Power went way down"? Do you mean that: (A) You have sufficient power plants and were displaying adequate power levels and that power level changed for no reason thus might be glitching ? OR (B) You have noticed a low power level, but have built or upgraded additional facilities/buildings...? Almost every building influences power and mood levels, and building additional power plants may be your solution. There is a (C) and that would be your data was off on power levels to begin with, and resetting put it where it should be, which is unfortunately low (this does happen from time to time, like with the Golden Estates Lining population bug...adding 2k or so residents to your city that are not actually there). The solution for (B) or (C) is to build additional power plants, or store some buildings in inventory to up your power levels until you can do so. There is also that free hydroelectric plant (bottom left of screen, on waterfront) if you can manage to buy the land up to that section. If your problem falls under (A) then post a reply explaining what power level you believe you should have and why it appears low, and one of the other moderators that can handle that (like Strider) will be able to take a look.

  9. had the login issue. power was way up. then when Strider fixed it . when I logged in after the fix now it is way down now.

Most likely the issue is that when you place a Residential improvement which effects power levels the effect does not go away when the RI expires. Yielding an artificial power and mood levels for the game. This is a long term glitch in the system and leads to a slow reduction of power and mood levels over time. Then when your game is reset, like what just had happen to your city the true power and mood levels are revealed. It is a shock and an annoyance.

A moderator a long time ago revealed to repair this issue would require a major reworking of the games program or to keep these values "true" would require that every game to be individually reset. Neither prospect is practical or likely to happen, do to time and cost restraints. Therefore any time your game is reset you will have this happen to your city. So what you are seeing are the actual values for the cities power and mood levels. It is a shock and the best advice is to start a massive construction project of power plants and decorations. Have a good time with your city you can get back in to it again. :D

  11. thanks billy jim, when your game is reset, unfortunately it resets your mood/power levels what you have now is the correct numbers.
    reset data does exactly that
