Data Reset please

My account still suffers from some sort of bug. When a Res Improvement expires or is replaced and it effects the mood, the mood does not go back to "normal" so when a new RI is placed the mood goes down even more.

The lower my mood goes the more login issues I have. If someone could use some of that mod magic and do a reset Please.

This is a long running situation in the game. As one of the moderators explained the situation a long long time ago, over two years ago, the problem stems from the basic code and design of the game. The time, effort and expense required to rewrite the code and subsequent changes is prohibitive. The required task of manually resetting every individual game on a regular basis is likewise not practical. Therefore the glitch you mentioned has been allowed to remain.

It does build up and on occasion cause problems in individual games at that time you will need to do what you have done request a reset. Tassie-devil or Strider-legs will be along soon to help with the reset.

Be warned most of us are shocked at the power and mood levels we are actually at once a reset occurs. So be prepared.

I did the normal clear caches and used different browsers and such But the reset didn't solve the dropping mood issue this time But I do thank You for your quick response and assistance

 

@billyjim They don't have to do it manually. They just run a script, like when they tried to fix the issue the first time. Everyone was reset globally. I assume, anyway. I really doubt they did that manually. So really, there is no excuse for this to still be an issue.

And manually resetting on a regular basis is exactly what is happening. It's unreasonable.

 

I just stating what I had read in another thread long time ago.

 

Once a data reset is done your power and mood will be correct.
