    Thank you for the information. Most likely this is being caused by a cache issue you will probably need to clear the caches and restart the game. If this does not work try using a different browser, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox. By changing the web browser resets the cache and starts a new cache. These steps solve a great many of these issues. Check out the following links:
