Cineplex - a RC-problem

I can see mice in a forest at night, through trees, from several thousand feet in the air, while moving very fast.....and I cannot see the flipping "close" button when the Cineplex does this

 

You can try using the previous solution which floated through the forum: Click the left right mouse button (or equivalant) and in the drop down menu, go down and click on "this frame"; In the drop down menu click on "reload frame". This reloads the window in the frame you are in. Most of the time this then loads or tries to load a new video in the cineplex. This is not a completely reliable fix though and may have to be repeaated several times before success.

I am old fashion and do not use a touch screen either. It is harder to do this on a touch screen than with a mouse.

Ive tried all these hints haven't got the tiniest impression of a red cross just the log out or help buttons and now tonight everytime I load a movie I get the new Clooney film which freezes when you've sat through it saying you have "won your reward" but you haven't cos you cant get back to the game!!! andthen when you do get back to the game after reloading surprise surprise you have still all your movie intact!!so frustrating, I really need mm and its the only way I can slowly increase my amount.

PLEASE GET THIS FIXED

 

my goodness I take it all back Ive found the close sign!!! thank you for that blown up pic have persevered and can now close down the movie when it doesn't work!! However that doesn't help with the Clooney movie problem no matter how many times I watch the trailer it wont credit me!!

 

It IS frustrating, but after a long time trying (and a lot of squinting) I can now get my mouse cursor just to the Left and bottom edge of the arrow on the log out icon. It is there, just REALLY slowly hover the end of your mouse cursor around that area and the little pop up dialogue will change from "Log out" to "close" - In Kimmi's picture above (not the cat obviously) it's the point of his bottom little black arrow. Stay calm, it does work

I think they 'fixed' the wrong thing.... Note the new "Back to the Portal" button......

 

Actually, that back to the portal button has been there ever since I started playing a couple years ago....it leads to BP, whereas the back to the game goes to RC Log in. Maybe it was missing for a bit, I had not noticed.

 

I usually just close the tab rather than log out, but pressing log out has almost always taken me to the portal directly and, perhaps oddly, it still does. I've gotten that screen only once or so, and recently, when accidentally logging out because of the cinema, so I figured it was a new, cross-game advertising scheme.

As Geflin says these screens were always there. But for some reason, Not known, certain players did not go to these screens for a long time. I did not get these screens until recently and I have been around for closing in on three years. So Andrew I am with you I guess someone actually fixed something in the game.
