Missing rewards...

I won a mystery building from an event at the plaza... but it is not in my inventory. Where would it be stored? How do I access it? Is there a glitch where it is lost????????

Can anybody help me here? I played the Loot-0 matic and got a building as a reward and it's not in my designer depot, Where else could it be?

 

most likely you won a building permit for the building instead of the actual building.

 

Billyjim is right. And if the building is of level you haven't reached yet, you can't even see the permit

Can you please supply us with the name of the building the date and time, including which time zone that you are in please.
We will need all of this information before we can proceed any further, also in the future do not hijack another persons thread as it is easy to miss thank you

You just posted the screen shot about two days ago give Artisan a chance to get to the process. The Mods and Board Administrators do have other things to do.
