Quest problem and event questions

Hi . I'm new to the game - playing for around a week so please excuse me if I'm doing something wrong . I have few questions:

1) I'm doing the quests slowly. I'm doing them only when I need what they are asking for. I accomplish few today and I got this: 'Build second lumber mill'. The problem is I already have 5 level 2 lumber mills and I don't want to destroy one of them. I tried moving them around, breaking road connection and reloading the game - didn't help. Can you give me an advise what to do because I can't move them to the inventory.

2.a) I saw the announcement about the next event - children's festival. But in my event plaza I see the next even begins in 38 hours(from now) and it's circus fettuccine. It shows that the children's festival begins in >4 days. So which event is going to happen and when because I'm prepared for the circus one .

2.b) Currently I'm level 14 but I want to do the next event(whichever it is) when I'm level 15. When the event checks my level - when it becomes available or when I start it?

In higher levels you will need more and more lumber mills and others to complete your quests,therefore,don't demolish it.I think you should have to make another one to complete the quest(not sure about that ),although,it is not too expensive.I have five lumber mills(fully upgraded )and I wish that there were more permits because I need them.

I've just check it ,Children's Festival is available from 22 July to 27 July.Please check it again in event plaza,hope that it will be available. It is available from level 10-14 and level 14-19.

I have had a loot at which quests that you have running at the moment and the one you mention in your post is not in the list. Can you please check what the correct name is for the quest and I will look into this problem for you

The Quest will be automatically fulfilled, once you have them all at level 3. But you shouldn't collect all the rewards at moment, because you will level too fast.
The Children Festival and the Farmer's Market are only available for low levels. Especially the Farmer's Market Level 15-19 can be very helpful, because the last stage gives you 50,000 Production Points. After this you should concentrate on completing the first four stages of the Artist Week level 20-24, because then you will get 85,000 Production Points in total. If possible, try to complete the Biker's week once during this time as well, because later on it's nearly impossible.

The calendar is linked to the Event FAQs. You should check them out in terms of rewards and requirements, so that you can already produce the everyday items needed for the events (beams, lumber, potatoes,etc.).

Thank you everyone for the great advice. That means you Jelly999 and Cotewa, great advice. I am not snubbing Tassie-devil he is my team leader and it is kind of our thing. Another trick for getting a stuck quest (one asking you to build a building you have already built) is to move the building in question to the inventory and replacing it in the main play field. Thanks again, this is why I think we have the best players and are so willing to help others.

But I want to tell you that the lumber mills can't be moved to the inventory .

 

The quest's name is Second Pillar.

Some info that could help: when I first build the plaza I had the Classic Car Rally available and I completed it until challenge 5(couldn't complete the last challenge at the time). After that the farmers market was available and I was able to complete it entirely(level 10-14).

I still didn't get - when the game checks my level for the event - when the event is available or when I start it?

Thanks BigWillem1 for once again. The level you are at when you start the event is the level you will be playing at.

 

Yeah I found that . When the event was available I was still level 14 but when I got to level 15(after a refresh) the prizes were different . Now I'm doing it for level 15.

Just wondering - I have 2 slots with the children's festival event - is this normal?

 

Well, yes and no
It's normal in the way that it happens all the time: a second picture of the current event as an upcoming event
And it's not in the way that you cannot play that second event and it disappears as you finish the current event

By the way: if you started the event at level 14, playe it and finished it (reachin level 15) the same event would be available IMMEDIATLY with the level 15 characteristics.

 

I was wondering that too. But I decided not to take the risk because I want the emergency system permits. However it's not a big loss .

It turns out I can participate for the level 10-14 after I completed the level 15+ .

I am new and lvl 15 now. in 4th part of Plazs event ask me collect 200 Axe (sharp blade) but in 1 day i couldnt collect more than 75. i need do some thing for gathering it?

At low levels doing some events is hard. For collecting items that drop from residents you need buildings with rent timer higher than 1h. I suggest you to build energy efficient row house.
