With my 3 bakeries I cannot suply the ask for rolls. Any advices?

Does all building need the same amount of rolls (or anythingellse, or does it depent of the type and level of the building (I ask because one way might be to store those breadbaskets tha suply building that does not give so much revenue....

You told me that some of you got more bakeries from events - does that happen regurally?

The best you can do is supply as many rolls as you can to the most citizens you can. You can always buy rolls in the market place. Also have you upgraded all of your bakeries? Build more bakeries? You do not need to supply rolls to all of your citizens. The game plays fine this way. You do not get the bonus of meeting your residents needs.

The number and quantity of rolls or any other product needed is based on the building type and the number of residents. So you can be selective in choosing which buildings to supply.

The bakeries are a reward in a few (I beleive two) seasonal events. But, there is no guaranty that these events will run in the future or that the rewards will not be changed.

Do your best and good luck, enjoy building your city.

I believe this is not correct. It makes no difference whether a building has 4 residents or 80. You always sell 8 rolls. The needs revenu DOES differ for each building so be selective in choosing which needs to fullfill

I got lucky too, and was able to acquire two bakeries for doing the game twice. I'm hoping for the same this year. I presently have nine (level 3) bakeries, I need another 4-5 more, to be self sufficient!

Don't sell bricks (or beams) just to buy rolls
Bricks are way to valuable / useful for that

Agree, I sold some bricks at very low levels and that was nessesery to improve but I stopped doing that very soon. I have found uot that I have to produce a max of bricks and beams and that I cannot suply all the houses with things from the farms so therefore I now build and upgrade houses that need fishery and diary

Wow, this was so enlightening! I played around four years ago and have just started back playing. I only have three bakeries and only one is upgraded all the way. No wonder I can't keep up with the demand for my city! And when I start to build in the mountains and along the coast - whatever will I do?!?

Yes I am too still fighting with rolls and other products. Is it so that:

Baker uses 8 rolls for everu house
    Beergarden 4 bears...
    Donutcafe 12 donuts....

And is there anywhere a full list of this?

Depending on your PP stock, you could stop collecting rent completely for a week or two and entirely concentrate on production.
You could also only collect rent from selected buildings to keep your stock of production points.

At the beginning, I concentrated on upgrading and improving buildings that provide high amounts of PP. Thanks to this, I was able to stop collecting rent nearly entirely and prioritised buildings with the highest amount of PP to keep my production facilities running.

I also stopped upgrading my buildings for a while to stock up on building essentials. To gain some extra money, I sold some beams and panels on the market, once I reached my desired stock amount. Thanks to this, I could upgrade lots of buildings yesterday and can now concentrate on re-stocking while the the upgrade requirements need to be fulfilled.

You can do it yourway but I donot think your advices will speedup the buildingproces - you have to use (produce) the same thing even if you store them first. To sell beams is not an ide - you will need them very soon...

Why would you stop collecting rent? It doesn't cost you anything. Certainly no PP.
You could stop filling the shops to save on produce and forfit the needs revenue
