can't get logged back in today

I saw logged in. tried to bye wheat in market place . locked up during pushiest. did the clear computer thing the nothing works. can only get as far as the blue screen now! oops forgot the ID well here it is. ID 8766353

 

I get as far as the city map. Also cleared comp and checked updates. And sams264227011a, include your ID, i might help mods to deal with the problem.

Think this it one of them game glitch that happen 2 year's ago around the new year. hope it don't take over a month like it did then!

 

well got in now that I can't finish the flea market event had all my jewelry and junk collected just had to deliver them. what a waste of time and city credits guess no mystery building for me. missed it by 10 min. too

 

im in as well, thanks to relevant person(s). Thats bad, sam. But there will be a new flea market some day and another events while waiting flea market.

Hello Mayors. We know there was a problem with accessing the game last night and this morning. We also were unable to get into the game or the forum ourselves. Until recently, this is my first chance to get in myself.

We were asked to "please inform our players about the fact that some of our games are not reachable at the moment. The IT service guys are on it."

Yrs, we get one every month I have been playing this game fore over 5 years, just upsetting when you have all your stuff done and the game craps out. and you don't get to collect the last 2 parts of the event! close thread now please.

Unfortunately I can´t logg in. I can not get even to the city map.
At the beginning of logging I can just see white line drowing buildings forever and ever
Is it something wrong with my comp. or game server is down?!?

Hello Shasagard, welcome to the forum. I do not know of any issues with logging in to the game. I have done so several times today. Have you done the usual, clearing the caches, using a different browser, turning off and back on computer, etc. If this continues to be an issue please send in a support ticket. So additional data can be gathered for the people with more ability can review your case.

Hi, I had this problem last week for about 3 days. Sent a ticket into the guys at Big Point and they kindly sorted the problem for me.
