Game won't load

It is accurate 11 hours since I recognized that the game did not load - I was alone with that problem...

And the first post was 6.52 am - I cannot calculate how long time that is ago,....

 

I am seeing 11 hours as well. I posted my first at 8am my time. It was down 2 hours before that, and it has been 2 hours since then. In other words, I have been aware of this issue for 4.5 hours, yet I am not a mod. I am just a new player, level 21 atm.

 

I am also having the same problem. Goes to blue screen and just keeps loading!

 

Guys, it is only fair and logical that the devs' team does not work 24/7 so they can at best have been made aware of an issue when they started their working day (yes, for them it is work while it is fun and relaxing time for us) this morning We think in terms of what time it is for each one of us, but it might be slightly different from where the team is located. So what might be like early morning to some, could still be in the middle of the night for others and anyway, people usually don't start their working day in the office before 9-ish me thinks.

I would have liked to play today but that doesn't seem possible so no other choice than to be patient until tomorrow, before catching up with my city where I left it last night.

 

I German (where Bigpoint is situiated) it is 10 hours since normal jobtime started - so I suppose they have left job for today now.....


wau.... It works now;-))))))))

No it only worked for ½ minute.... ;-(((

 

In my case, logon has not been possible since 06:00 CEST - that is right now just over 13 hours ago.

Hope a solution is ready soon

Well since this was my post, I'll say that my city works now thank you very much . You can close the thread now because I didn't expect all the notifications from the multiple posts. Thanks again for the help.

 

Game still isn't loading for me...

 

Evilviper - try clearing all of the cache's and closing your browser and rebooting the device. I did this and have had no problems since.

The "Powers that be" have decided that we are no longer able to reset the players game. The reason is that they need to know when this is done to head off potential problems in the system.
