    I put in the inventory but the energy level did not decrease.Please fix it.

    The only method to try in my capabilities would be to reset your resources. That would bring into the game another glitch in the game which resets your energy and mood settings to there true values. When your building improvements expire the energy and mood savings do not reset to the lower levels. Therefore your power and mood settings all ways become lower. We can do this at your request.
