Four houses "stuck" at current level - can´t be build up....

    I am Sashagard /ID 9947652
    I have problem with 4 houses in the suburb playfield wich I can not extend (build up).
    Not so long ago I contacted support to restart my game and help me to "unlock" island playfield.
    Game works just fine right now exept those 4 houses wich are "stuck" since restarting.
    Can somebody please logg in in my game and help me to build up those 4 houses?!? I´m posting photo as well. I added red arrows abowe those 4 houses.
