    Have you cleaned your cache's both the browser and Adobe Flach. Have you closed out of the game and closed your browser and restarted the browser. If all else has failed try rebooting the computer from a cold start. . These are general fixes. We need some more information. Which building is causing the problems and what needs are you missing? Which playing field and where located?

    yes cache's, browser, adobe flash have been cleaned. Yes closed out game closed browser and restarted. The buildings are all of the distinctive high rise, studio apartments, tower blocks, residential towers, condo towers, on the main field.

    Hello 1-crasher- I went into your game and checked out some of the buildings you named and you are not meeting the requirements to complete the challenges for the buildings I checked. Distinctive high rise, Most need to have two epic level improvements to complete the challenges, similar situations with the other buildings I checked. You need to place the correct improvements and then collect rent from most of the buildings. A few buildings have the wrong type of residents in the building. For example you have capitalist and the challenge calls to collect rent from workers. So if you change the resident type to the correct one, and then collect rent the challenge will be completed.

    Once the challenges are completed then the buildings will be upgraded.

    t5ashley - Sorry I do not understand the question. Can you rephrase the question for me. Thank you. Here is my best attempt at an answer. The previous question was regarding upgrading of buildings to the final level. During an event the residents donate items for the stages of the event. There was an issue with the players residences not generating enough items for the event. By adding the correct building improvements and having the correct residents then the "drops" will increase.

    It means you have to collect the drop items from an event from that building. So you can upgrade the building.

    depends on the event you are doing. The building gives a certain amount of drop items required by the events.

    Take the Rock Festival you get several chances to receive dropped items from your residents:
    All of these would count as dropped items from your residents.

    Special Items
    [​IMG]Concert Tickets - received from ALL residents when collecting rent.
    [​IMG]Concert Merchandise - collected from Street Boulders.
    [​IMG]Concert Fans - collected from Street Boulders.
    [​IMG]Lighter - received ONLY from workers when collecting rent.
    [​IMG]Teddy Bear - received ONLY from students when collecting rent.
